All cleaning services include the following:

General office cleaning includes:

-         taking out of all trash

-         sweeping and mopping floors

-         vacuuming of all floors

-         dusting

-         restroom cleaning and sanitizing

-         move in/out cleaning

-         carpet cleaning

-         upholstery cleaning

-         window cleaning including window sills

-         floor maintenance



Do I have to be home during house cleanings?

Since we clean Monday-Friday from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. most of our customers aren’t home but our staff can be trusted with a key to their home. We do a strict backround check on all of our employees before they are even hired. For extra security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced; which means that only your housecleaning crew has access to your home. If you chose not to provide a key, and are not home when the crew arrives there is a lock out fee that may apply.

What time do you arrive?

We can’t guarantee what time our housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention that it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. But we do make sure that all homes due for the day are done between 8 a.m and 5 p.m. If by chance you need a more precise time of arrival, our staff can try to work out a convenient solution.

What if something is damaged during a cleaning?

As always we will treat your home with complete respect, but accidents do sometimes happen. If something does break, we will do our best to either repair or replace the item. We are an insured and bonded company and will file the claim appropriately.

What if our housekeeper missed a spot?

We do our best to give you quality service, but like all new relationships miscommunications can and may happen. This is why we guarantee our work and if we missed something, please contact the office within a 24 hour period and our staff will correct the mistake at no additional costs.
